Full job description

Norwich

We are seeking a reliable and professional Legal secretary to join our Conveyancing Department at our Norwich office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Residential Conveyancing, to join a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting fee earners with case preparation.
Drafting legal documents.
File management, dictation, maintaining accurate records.
Handling billing accounts.
Liaising with clients, and third parties.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in Residential Conveyancing is essential.
Excellent typing and IT skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position details:

Full time, permanent position
35 hours a week, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm).
