Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer/Photographic Sales Advisor to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Develop eye-catching visual content using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on products.
- Consult with customers to understand their photographic needs
-Be able to confidently upsell products and services.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers online.
- Participate in promotional events and sales initiatives to drive store performance.
*Skills*
- Proficiency in photo editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop is required .
- Strong background in photography is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising displays.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
-Experience in video editing or multimedia content creation is a plus.
