Palatial Leisure Ltd is the only independent Bingo, Casino, and Online Gaming operator in the UK. Our diverse leisure business includes Bingo Clubs, Casinos, Cinemas, and Online Gaming, and as part of our ongoing expansion programme, we are seeking exceptional individuals to join our management development team.

At Palatial Leisure, we pride ourselves on developing our own talent. We train our managers from the ground up and, wherever possible, promote from within. Many of our current management team started in operational roles and progressed through our structured development programme.

The Opportunity

Our core business is within the gambling and leisure sector, primarily Bingo and Casino operations. Managing a successful Bingo Club or Casino requires a unique combination of skills, including:

Outstanding customer service and people skills
Confidence and professionalism
Strong organisational ability
Leadership potential
Good common sense and decision-making
Competence with simple mathematics
The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment

Your Training Programme

As a Trainee Manager, you will undertake a comprehensive 13-week foundation programme, learning every aspect of our operation. This will include:

Cashiering and cash handling
Bar operations
Catering services
Change giving
Slot machine management
Bingo claim verification
Bingo calling
Customer service and customer engagement
Casino table dealing

You will also receive full training in public speaking and microphone work, ensuring you develop the confidence required to lead from the front.

Following successful completion of the initial programme, you will progress to a further 13-week Senior Trainee Manager programme, where you will develop your supervisory and management skills in preparation for appointment as an Assistant Manager.
