Norwich

Rogers & Norton Solicitors are seeking an experienced and driven Solicitor to join our Family team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload, including financial and children matters, whilst contributing to the continued growth and development of the firm’s Family team.

You will have the autonomy to manage and develop your own caseload, alongside playing a key role in strengthening and expanding the Family team within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on issues including financial settlements, children matters.

Meeting clients, providing clear guidance and maintaining excellent client care.

Drafting court documents, agreements and associated family law documentation.

Representing clients at hearings, appointments and mediations.

Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced family solicitor with a strong background in family law matters, including financial and children matters.

Client-focused and commercially aware, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

Excellent communication skills, with a proven capacity to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Position details:

Full time, permanent position.

35 hours a week, Monday to Friday (9:00am -5:00pm).
