Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our multi-site kitchen operation. Mainly working for Redwell Pizzas in Trowse, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in making pizzas from scratch and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are a progressive hospitality group, with great career opportunities across Ginger Lily Catering and Urban Lounge. You will work approximately 30 hours per week, Thursday to Sunday. Further hours may be available across our other sites.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Pizzas in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Assist in menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special events, while considering customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and operational procedures.
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.

Experience

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent culinary skills with creativity in menu design and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding dining experiences for guests.
