About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, people-focused Property & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our student accommodation building in Nottingham. This is a hands-on role that blends tenant relations, contractor coordination, and general property administration. You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact residents come to with questions or concerns, while also keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, with real autonomy and responsibility from day one.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 6–12 months' experience in property management, student accommodation, lettings, hospitality, building operations, or another tenant-facing role
Full UK driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle
Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Key Responsibilities
Managing tenant enquiries and day-to-day operational matters with warmth and professionalism
Coordinating maintenance works, contractors, cleaners, and suppliers
Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and parcel management
Stocking and maintaining the on-site vending machine and coffee machine
Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
Using property management software and digital systems to support operations
Identifying opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
Visiting other properties when required

What We Offer
Full-time position based in Nottingham
Salary of £2,200–£2,500 per month, plus 10% commission on vending machine and coffee machine sales
Initial engagement on a self-employed contractor basis
Direct exposure to senior leadership and business operations
