EDUCATION ACTIVITY CO-ORDINATOR AND ADMINISTRATOR
School term-time only
We are looking to recruit an Education Activity Co-ordinator at Spaghetti Maths, based at our office at Nottingham Science Park (NG7 2QP).
About Spaghetti Maths
Spaghetti Maths delivers engaging and exciting maths enrichment activities. We love sharing the joy that numbers and shapes can bring. We aim to get children to show interest and motivation in maths while building their confidence when working with numbers. We take a very different approach to mathematics, with the primary aim that children have fun, whilst learning and gaining confidence in this most important of subjects. Primarily, we run after-school maths clubs, holiday clubs and workshops in Primary Schools.
The activity co-ordinator will deliver excellent customer experience of all Spaghetti Maths programs to the highest standard, providing support and mentoring to activity leaders and manage the Induction process.

About the role:
General
Deliver all aspects of branch operations, including contacting schools to book in after-school clubs, recruiting and training presenters, dealing with parent queries.
Delivering assemblies in primary schools to promote the after-school clubs.
Sales and Marketing
Responsible for the generation of new and growth of existing business, primarily through calling and emailing schools/
Seek out new opportunities and develop new ideas to take the company forward
Keep Social Media accounts updated
Operations
Schedule Activity Leaders to conduct After-School Clubs and workshops, and other events as necessary, updates systems daily
Organise and maintains class and equipment schedules for all Presenters
Maintain all kits in presentable condition
Recruitment and Training
Be involved in the recruitment and training of all presenters and branch staff as necessary to deliver the business obligations
Supervise Presenters when required
Administration
The role will also include administration for our sister company 123 Learning. This will involve sending out orders and responding to email queries.
Salary and hours
Hours of work will be School term-time only. 20 hours per week.
Pay will be £15 per hour.
Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure at the company’s expense. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with Spaghetti Maths.
