Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a detailed-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our Corporate Team in Leicester. This role is for anyone with a keen interest in this area of law.

This friendly team are looking for a Paralegal to join them and provide support with a variety of tasks and duties.

Some of your duties will include:

Drafting documents and letters of advice to clients under supervision
Drafting and completing basic legal documents and forms with limited supervision
Researching legal issues on behalf of other fee earners
Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required
Taking responsibility for administrative tasks, i.e. coordinating the administration of seminars
Taking messages about initial advice queries and passing them on to the relevant fee earner
The efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving
Undertaking any other duties as required
Liaising with clients via telephone and email
Attending client meetings both in person and on the telephone, as requested by the fee earner
Attending meetings and take notes as required
Assisting with M&A completion processes, including running the docusign process.
