Dental Hygienist / Therapist – Private Practice
Mapperley, Nottingham
Part-time: 1 day every other week (Monday or Friday)
Strong percentage-based remuneration (32%) + minimum earnings guarantee of £220 per day during the initial growth period

Mapperley Dental Studio is a modern, fully private dental practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a calm, contemporary environment.

Within our first year, we have grown into a 5-star rated practice with over 135 patient reviews, reflecting the standard of care and experience we are proud to provide.

We are a growing practice with a strong emphasis on prevention, patient experience and cosmetic dentistry, now looking to expand our team as we continue into the next phase of growth.

The Role

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist / Therapist to join our team and help us continue developing this area of the practice.

This role is designed around high-quality preventive care, patient experience and the opportunity to work to your full scope within a modern private setting.

The role will initially be:

1 day every other week (Monday or Friday)

With a clear plan to grow into:

Weekly sessions
Additional clinical days as demand increases

To support the successful launch of the role, we offer a minimum guaranteed day rate of £220 during the initial growth period, providing reassurance while the diary continues to build.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hygiene and periodontal care
Provide restorative treatment within your therapy scope
Support long-term preventive care
Build strong patient relationships and trust
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Is GDC registered as a Hygienist / Therapist
Has excellent communication skills
Is a genuine team player
Enjoys building strong patient relationships
Is confident working independently
Wants to work to their full scope

Bonus (but not essential):

Experience in private practice
Confidence in therapy treatments
Interest in long-term patient care and prevention
