Corporate Immigration Paralegal - Paragon Law
Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 35 hours)
Work location: Hybrid
Salary: £25,000 per annum
The Role:
This position will play a vital role in supporting solicitors with a variety of administrative and preparatory legal tasks. The role is ideal for someone who has an interest in immigration law and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Assisting the legal team with the preparation of immigration applications and supporting documents.
- Drafting correspondence to clients and third parties under supervision.
- Completing application forms and collating supporting evidence.
- Managing and organising case files within the case management system.
- Liaising with clients to request documents and provide updates as directed.
- Supporting with Home Office / UKVI submissions.
- Conducting basic legal and policy research to support case preparation.
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
Requirements:
- A degree in Law or a related field (or working towards one).
- A strong interest in immigration law.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn case management systems.
