Practice Details:
We are currently serving over two sites both situated in areas of new expanding housing developments, attractive leisure facilities and schooling.
Locations: Trent Meadows Medical Practice, Burton on Trent, DE14 3EY
Branch Site: Stretton Medical Practice, Stretton, Burton on Trent
List size 11,000+ and expanding.
The successful candidate will work with our whole team to deliver the highest quality primary care services. More specifically, the Salaried GP will be responsible for assessing patients, working with our multidisciplinary team undertaking the clinical duties and responsibilities associated with working as a General Practitioner in line with GMC and RCGP standards.

Acute visiting service currently available, Fewer Home visits and reduced admin work. GMS Practice, consistently CQC Rated “GOOD” and High QoF outcomes.
Training practice with Opportunities for Training and development.
Protected Learning Time every month.
Strong back office team for IT, Data processing and secretarial support. Close working relationship with DNs, HV, Hospice team and Midwife. Mentoring support available for newly qualified GPs.
Purpose built premises with car park on site.
Package:
Competitive salary dependent on experience
BMA Model contract for salaried GPs.
NHS pension contributions.
30 days NHS package of paid annual leave Pro rata
What do you need?
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification. -Full GMC registration with a licence to practise. -Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List. -MRCGP or equivalent qualification. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. -Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care. -Evidence of continuing professional development. -Understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement.
