Pay Rates:
- Ages 16-17: £8.91 per hour
- Ages 18-20: £10.85 per hour
- Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Parking Assistants to join our team for Splendour Festival 2026 at the stunning Wollaton Hall & Deer Park — a fantastic two-day family festival featuring huge headliners, live music across five stages, and an unforgettable summer atmosphere!
Your Role
As a Parking Assistant, you'll be one of the friendly faces that keeps traffic moving safely and smoothly, with your role covering:
- Guiding vehicles safely and efficiently into and out of car parks on arrival and departure
- Directing traffic flow within parking areas to maximise space and minimise congestion
- Checking vehicles on entry to the site
- Assisting festivalgoers with parking queries and directions
- Providing outstanding customer service to everyone you meet, from attendees to visiting families
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills — this is essential
- A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to work across both event days
- Ability to stay alert, proactive, and calm in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
