Working Hours: 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 6am- 4pm + occasional weekend work (time and half on Sat and double time on Sun) + day in lieu for working on a bank hol.
Salary: £33,802.13 (£17.06 per hour) + excellent benefits

As a HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver in our team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Charnwood.
With a professional, dedicated, and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.
You’ll be entrusted to:
You will set off on a pre-planned route as the driver with your team of Loaders you are working with collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.- You will be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
- Before setting out on your rounds, you will ensure that your vehicle safety checks are completed and that your truck is clean and work ready.

Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence & Driver CPC- Hard working
