Mansel Park Nursery, part of Mansel Park Primary School (rated as likely Outstanding by Ofsted in 2025), provides a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for local children. Being situated within a school setting offers exceptional access to extensive outdoor spaces, including fields, ECO areas, and Forest School provision. This allows children to experience and benefit from the natural world every day.
Our dedicated team is caring and supportive, led by early years specialist teachers who also create excellent opportunities for professional development and training.
As part of The Learning Federation Partnership of Schools, we collaborate closely with three other nurseries within our network. This partnership enables us to continually create new opportunities for both our staff and children, supporting everyone to grow and thrive.

The main responsibility will be to work as part of the Nursery team in providing an excellent standard of care and learning opportunities for children aged 2,3 and 4. To work with and support children, including those with a variety of academic, physical and emotional/behavioral needs, on a group or individual basis.
Previous experience is desired; specific training will be given. Level 3 qualification in childcare and education can be obtained during this role.
Salary £20,059.85
Monday-Friday 8:45am-4:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Full Time Equivalent Salary £25,583
