Role Description
The Validation Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Swadlincote. The role involves planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for manufacturing processes in line with regulatory, customer and internal quality standards.
Responsibilities include planning, self tracking and working against Validation Plans and company projects. Be competent and be able to produce and maintain Protocols and Reports for at least three of the following areas: Critical cleaning procedures, Computerised systems, Equipment and Utilities, Processes. Be Responsible for conducting and interpreting results of Validation tests in relation to "Acceptable Criteria", maintain quality KPIs, participate in company audits, inspections, and where necessary execute corrective actions. Our candidate would be:
- Be educated to a minimum of A level standard or equivalent.
- At least 2 years minimum experience in a quality or validation role. Experience of working in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Have intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft package, outlook etc.
- Be enthusiastic and flexible, with a continuous learning mindset, and be capable of learning new tasks quickly, be proactive and resourceful.
- Have strong attention to details, great communication and written skills and be able to confidential communicate with all levels of stakeholders in the business.
- Be able to coordinate, analyse and make appropriate conclusions and decisions and be able to confidently write reports.
- Possess strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation, trend analysis, and validation report interpretation.
- Possess Quality Control skills to support testing, sampling, and verification of validated processes and products.
- Quality Assurance skills to ensure adherence to cGMP, MHRA, and internal quality procedures.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments is beneficial.
Pay: £31,197.20-£34,605.16 per year
