Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mixer Operative to join our food production team. Ensure all mixes are made on time to prevent down time on the lines. Food safety and health and safety is always followed.

Responsibilities

To ensure the correct mixes are made ready for the Production lines to use.
Complete all the necessary paperwork relating to compliance.
Complete regular pre-start up checks to ensure our Food Safety standards are maintained.
Thoroughly check all the recipes for the mixes.
Ensure that the relevant quality checks are performed and that any issues regarding quality or food safety are raised immediately to the Area Manager.
Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times.
Behave with dignity and respect of others, reporting all issues to your line manager and follow the principles of - Stop, Challenge and Act.
Receiving ingredients from low risk through sanitizer.
Follow allergen segregation.
Clean as you go to be followed.
Ensure that your training is to the correct standard to delivery in my role.
Follow all compliance controls, risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure that you and your colleagues work in a safe working environment.
FMCG knowledge is advantageous, but full training is provided.
The ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Basic level of English, Math and computer use is required (written and verbal).

Shift: 05:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday

Pay: £12.95-£13.40 per hour
