Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic, welcoming environment! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste
Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner, providing excellent customer service and answering their questions about drinks and menu options
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels, glassware, and utensils
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling payments and giving correct change
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety within the venue
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and inventory purposes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
A friendly attitude combined with professionalism and reliability
