Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Attendant and be the driving force behind delivering sparkling clean vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. In this energetic role, you will operate various cleaning equipment, ensure vehicles are thoroughly washed and detailed, and provide friendly service to every customer. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will help us maintain a reputation for quality and efficiency in vehicle care. Duties

Operate car wash equipment including high-pressure washers, brushes, and drying tools to clean vehicles efficiently and thoroughly
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies to uphold safety and hygiene standards
Assist customers with guiding vehicles through the wash process or manually detailing vehicles as needed
Ensure all vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage during washing or drying procedures
Follow safety protocols at all times while operating machinery and handling cleaning chemicals
Keep accurate records of services performed and communicate any vehicle issues or customer concerns promptly

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with driving is highly desirable
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
Willingness to learn new techniques and operate various cleaning tools safely
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment operation
