Supporting more than 100 children and young people with learning disabilities and complex additional support needs, our estate spans three campuses and includes residential homes, educational buildings, workshops, community spaces, land, infrastructure and transport assets. The environments we provide are central to the quality of life, learning and care experienced by the young people we support.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic oversight of estate management, compliance, maintenance planning, capital development, sustainability and infrastructure. You will lead long-term planning and investment while ensuring our buildings, land and facilities remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

Requirements
Person Specification
Experience
- Experience of leadership in estates, facilities, infrastructure or asset management
- Experience operating in a complex, multisite or mixed-use environment
- Experience of compliance, health and safety and risk management
- Experience overseeing maintenance programmes and associated budgets
- Experience contributing to or leading capital or estate development projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of estate management, infrastructure and maintenance systems
- Knowledge of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ability to interpret technical issues and provide clear, practical advice
- Strong planning, prioritisation and decision-making capability
- Ability to lead through others and hold delivery to account
- Ability to present clear, concise information to senior leadership and Board

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
