Bloom Manchester is an expanding marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester. We work with a portfolio of recognised national and international brands across the sports, automotive, food and beverage, and luxury retail sectors.

Our work combines live events, brand activations, customer outreach and digital marketing to create campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and deliver measurable results. Rather than focusing on a single channel, our team works across the full marketing journey, giving you the opportunity to understand how successful campaigns are planned, delivered and refined.

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the delivery of multiple campaigns while developing your knowledge of both traditional and modern marketing strategies. You'll work closely with experienced campaign leaders, contribute ideas, coordinate campaign activity and gain first-hand exposure to a variety of industries and marketing environments.

No two weeks are exactly the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career within marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Support promotional events, brand activations and customer engagement activities.
Work alongside campaign managers to coordinate schedules, materials and campaign logistics.
Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative discussions.
Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build positive relationships with customers, clients and event partners.
Gain exposure to social media campaigns, promotional marketing and customer outreach initiatives.
Ensure brand guidelines and campaign standards are consistently maintained.
Collaborate with colleagues across different projects to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has a genuine interest in marketing and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.
Holds a Marketing, Business or related degree, or has relevant practical experience through internships, placements or previous work.
Communicates professionally and enjoys working with people.
Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Brings enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.
Works well independently while contributing positively within a team.
Is comfortable in a fast-moving environment where every day brings something different.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Manchester, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.

We're keen to welcome someone who can start as soon as possible, although we'll happily consider applicants with a notice period.
