We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who can provide practical day to day technical assistance resolve user issues and help maintain a dependable IT environment.
You will work closely with colleagues across operations ecommerce customer service and internal systems to investigate support requests keep users informed and make sure common technical problems are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first and second line support for hardware software account access network and business application issues.
Incident Management: Record prioritise investigate and resolve support requests in line with agreed service expectations.
User Support: Help colleagues troubleshoot common technical problems and explain solutions in clear straightforward language.
Device Support: Assist with the setup configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of laptops desktops monitors printers and other workplace equipment.
Microsoft 365 Support: Support routine issues involving Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint and Microsoft 365 user accounts.
Access Management: Assist with password resets account setup permissions and standard user access requests.
Ticket Management: Maintain accurate service records progress notes and resolution details within the support system.
Technical Documentation: Help maintain troubleshooting guides setup instructions and internal knowledge base information.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support service desk desktop support or a closely related technical role.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Windows systems Microsoft 365 common hardware networking fundamentals and business applications.
Problem Solving: Able to investigate technical issues methodically identify likely causes and apply practical solutions.
Customer Service: Professional patient and comfortable supporting users with different levels of technical knowledge.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical steps without unnecessary jargon.
Organisation: Able to manage multiple support requests prioritise urgent issues and maintain accurate records throughout the working day.
Tools: Experience with ticketing systems remote support tools endpoint management or IT service management platforms is preferred.
Mindset: You are dependable patient and solution focused. You take ownership of support requests communicate clearly with users and stay organised while helping maintain a reliable day to day technology environment.
Pay: £2,400.00-£2,900.00 per month
