Job Summary

Colossus Education & Training Solutions Ltd is looking for a Training and Development Manager to lead learning initiatives, strengthen workforce capability, and drive professional development across the organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced learning and development professional with expertise in corporate training, instructional design, talent development, and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement company-wide learning and development strategies.
Design training programmes, workshops, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
Identify skills gaps and create learning plans that support organisational objectives.
Manage training budgets, schedules, learning platforms, and external training providers.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with managers to support employee growth, succession planning, and career development.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

Experience in training and development, learning and development (L&D), corporate training, HR development, or organisational learning.
Previous management or leadership experience within learning, education, or talent development preferred.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, performance management, and employee development.
Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple learning projects, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR software, virtual learning platforms, and reporting tools.
