Aesthetic Therapist (Skin, Laser & Aesthetics) — Glass Face Clinic, Hazel Grove

Glass Face Clinic is a medically-led skin, laser and aesthetics clinic based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. We offer an advanced, results-driven treatment menu including laser hair removal, BBL Hero, advanced skin treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, injectables, and biostimulators. We're looking for a talented and committed healthcare professional to join our small, high-performing team on a part-time weekend basis, with genuine opportunity to grow your hours and double your pay as the clinic continues to scale.
This is not a role for someone looking for a temporary position. We want a healthcare professional who is invested in clinical excellence, their clients, and the overall growth of the clinic and themselves.

The Role
- Deliver advanced injectable, skin and laser treatments to the highest clinical standard
- Conduct thorough consultations and build bespoke, results-focused treatment plans
- Maintain exemplary client care from first contact through to aftercare
- Uphold strict clinical protocols and safety standards at all times
- Contribute to content creation - participating in content days, treatment demonstrations, and social media content in collaboration with our marketing team
- Support client events - attending and contributing to in-clinic events, open days, and brand activations
- Represent Glass Face with professionalism and pride both in clinic and online
Working Pattern
This role is weekend-based across Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 10am - 5pm. Availability on these days is non-negotiable. We are initially looking for 1–2 days per week, with a genuine pathway to increase hours for the right person during the week.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 4 qualification or above in Skin, Laser, and/or Aesthetics
- Healthcare professional role - e.g. registered nurse, pharmacist, physician associate, doctor, etc.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in a clinic setting treating skin
- Able to commit to the weekend hours on a long term basis
- Laser qualification (Core of Knowledge or equivalent) - can be trained on if required
- Professional, polished, and client-focused with strong consultation skills
- Comfortable on camera and willing to support content and marketing activity
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and uphold high standards without supervision
Desirable:
- Healthcare professional background - this includes nurses, paramedics, physicians associates, pharmacists, or similar regulated professionals
- Experience with laser hair removal, BBL, advanced skin treatments and injectables
- Familiarity with injectable or medical-led clinic environments
