Community Law Service (Northampton and County) is one of the largest independent advice providers in the East Midlands. We are seeking an administrator to join our experienced team.

HOURS OF WORK: 26 hours per week. Although some flexibility required by prior arrangement.

JOB PURPOSE: To provide general administrative support to the Housing Team and in the wider advice centre, triaging individuals seeking advice, booking appointments. For up to 8 hours a week: answer the organisation’s main switchboard and deal with the calls appropriately. To provide absence cover to the Service’s access/reception points when required.

You must have experience of working with the general public, providing administrative support and working in a customer centred environment.

Applicants will ideally have use of a car and a current driving licence. Although the post is based at our Northampton office, travel to provide cover in other offices may occasionally be required.
