We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated First Line Manager to join our team in Crick. You’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Administrators, driving performance and efficiency across manual and automated operations.
This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working on the shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday with the hours of 23:00 till 07:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed KPIs
- Manage automated systems including AGV Fleet, Auto-labeller Dispenser, and Pocket Sorter
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Drive continuous improvement through SOPs and lean methodologies
- Monitor budgets, headcount, and performance metrics
- Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and support colleague development
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment, ideally within eCommerce
- Strong understanding of WMS, WCS, RCS, and automation technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the end-to-end warehouse processes, health and safety and IOSH is highly desirable
