ThePostalStore UK LTD T/A Diamond Logistics Northern Ireland are seeking a Business Development Executive to showcase Diamond Logistics product range across Northern Ireland

The primary objective of this role is to drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and securing B2B. B2C and Fulfilment opportunities across Northern Ireland and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, LinkedIn engagement, and referrals.

The role requires the ability to confidently engage with prospective clients through both face-to-face and virtual meetings, understanding their logistics requirements and presenting tailored, competitive solutions. A key focus will be on negotiating commercial terms and successfully converting opportunities into revenue-generating accounts.

In addition to new business development, the role demands strong organisational and analytical skills to maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales forecasting, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue and margin targets. Close collaboration with internal operations teams is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the successful transition of new clients into active, billing accounts.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation; identifying new business across all services
Revenue creation
Proposal creation
Supporting commercial team as required
Weekly sales reporting
Monthly board report including
Sales Activity (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
CRM pipeline
Lead creation and activity
ROI on lead generation streams
New clients and trading amount
New client trading amount from month previously
Non traders
Cold calling and canvassing for leads
Following the client experience for all services for each client
Administration kept up to date and stored in the correct place
Trial and evaluate new marketing and sales methodology for the Home Service Centres
Ensure diamond standards are met adhering to all company policies

Key Performance Indicators:

New sales generated each month
ROI on leads generated versus revenue generated
Number of cold calls completed and subsequent appointments booked
Weekly sales reporting
Service Centre revenue growth
CRM Activity
Daily / Weekly / Monthly admin duties

Pay: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
