Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, kitchen management, and culinary arts, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Oversee all aspects of food production, including preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Manage daily kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
Supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and front-of-house staff.
Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality industry is essential.
A recognised culinary qualification or relevant professional training is advantageous.
