We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage daily office operations.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Process invoices and assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Support team members with clerical duties, including typing documents and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and improve workflow.
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
