We are looking for an experienced and reliable window fitter / glazier to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have proven experience installing, repairing and replacing a wide range of windows, doors and glazed units to a high standard. You'll take pride in delivering quality workmanship, providing excellent customer service and working safely and efficiently on residential and commercial projects. Skills needed
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a window fitter, glazier or in a similar installation role.
- Experience installing and repairing uPVC, aluminium and timber windows and doors.
- The ability to accurately measure, fit and finish installations to a high standard.
- Good knowledge of glazing techniques, sealed unit replacements and health and safety regulations.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- The ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely.
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
Desirable:
- Experience working on both domestic and commercial properties.
- MTC qualification, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Fenestration Installation or equivalent industry qualifications.
- Experience with conservatories, curtain walling or bi-fold doors.
Pay: From £26,436.80 per year
