Full job description

An opportunity has become available to join the Olive Team at one of our prestigious sites in Shrewsbury, SY1 4AH as a Kitchen Porter – Maternity Cover.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday; 7am to 2pm, 32.5hrs

Hourly rate of pay: £13.00

Benefits:

Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays – increasing up to 33 days (pro-rata for part-time)

Our ideal Kitchen Porter should:

Have great people skills
Be able to work as part of a team
Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is preferable though not essential as full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Porter:

Support with basic food preparation
Storing and checking of deliveries
Clearing and cleaning of all service, preparation and eating areas and equipment.
Ensuring kitchen, service and restaurant areas are kept clean, tidy and safe
