We are seeking an exceptional and visionary senior nurse leader to join the Leicester Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR ICB) & Northamptonshire (ICB) Cluster as our Director of Nursing and Quality – Complex Care.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping system-wide services during a period of significant transformation—leading the delivery of high-quality, safe, and integrated care for some of our most vulnerable population.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will provide ICB senior leadership for safeguarding and high-complexity care, including individuals with significant health, social, and developmental needs across SEND and vulnerable populations.

Please note this role will require a minimum of 2 days ‘on patch’ working in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland in our 2 main offices or partner sites.
