MP Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Digital Content Developer (Junior) role based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation, learning and development, and video production, eager to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Digital Content Developer, you will play a key role in crafting engaging digital content that supports our client's marketing strategies and educational initiatives. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content across various digital platforms, with a focus on enhancing learning experiences and promoting the organisation's offerings. The role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Experience in Marketing and Public Relations (PR) is essential
Strong understanding of content creation, including written, visual, and video content
Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Creativity and a proactive approach to learning and development
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
Basic understanding of video production and editing tools is desirable
