Full job description

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to support internal users of our tools, managing Incidents raised through to resolution and ensuring the timely, consistent and stable delivery of client implementations in our business. You will work closely with customers, customer success and development teams to build and configure client solutions

You will also coach and educate users to optimise the use of CPM solutions and reduce support escalations to the Service Delivery Team. £27,500 p.a, fixed term until June 2027, hybrid working

Ideal location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14

You will ideally have:

Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Entry or Intermediate level knowledge of Software platforms for Retail Execution or Contact Centre/CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential requirements for the role
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Clear and concise communication and presentations skills
An active interest in Technology and AI.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented to jointly agreed requirements, quality standards and timescales
In conjunction with your Service Delivery Team colleagues, develop strategies, policies and best practice which optimise CPM processes and systems
