ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be part of a high-performing team at the heart of OxfordAQA’s international events programme and help deliver engaging experiences for educators around the world. This fixed-term role, covering an internal secondment, sits within the International & OxfordAQA Events and Professional Development team. Working closely with the Events Manager, Events Coordinator and reporting to the Senior Events Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting a fast-growing portfolio of events, with a particular focus on online delivery, ensuring both strategic impact and strong return on investment.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll contribute to the smooth coordination and delivery of events from start to finish. Your day could include preparing event materials and resources, managing online platforms, scheduling sessions, and supporting live virtual events between examiners and customers. You’ll also collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver engaging communications, maintain digital event content, and assist with promotional activity. In addition, you’ll handle data processing and feedback collection, support Senior Examiner Clinics coordination, and contribute to the logistics of international in-person events when needed.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, building a reputation for reliability and responsiveness while ensuring all materials meet brand standards. With a strong understanding of data handling and a passion for continuous improvement, you’ll help create seamless customer experiences and contribute to the ongoing evolution of OxfordAQA’s events offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your events and marketing skills within a globally respected education organisation.
This is a 4 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
