Job Summary:
We are seeking flexible substitute teachers to cover any of our teaching positions at short notice. You must be ready to step in at the last minute and teach at one of our three sites.
Subjects We Teach: Medicine, Law, Business, Economics & Finance, Engineering, Psychology, Architecture, Sustainability, English as a Foreign Language, Film Academy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Inspire and motivate students with excellent subject knowledge.
- Ensure student progress and adapt tasks as needed.
- Lead practical activities and workshops.
- Mark assignments and provide feedback.
- Complete administrative tasks such as student reports and registers.
Position Details:
Location: In-person teaching at either Oxford, London or Cambridge.
Duration: Contracts range from one day to up to 6 weeks.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 15:30 (options for shorter hours may be available).
Person Specification:
Essential: Undergraduate degree in the relevant subject.
Desirable: Teaching experience, PGCE, Master's degree, and relevant work experience.
Attributes: Enthusiasm, flexibility, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
