Senior Support Worker, Children's Residential Home
Location: Witney
SALARY: £16.25 - £16.85 per hour Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa)
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

We are looking for a qualified Senior Support worker in our new children's home where you will become part of a new team, supporting young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, to reach their full potential and have positive outcomes, giving them hope for the future and keeping them safe.

What do you need?

A minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.

High Resilience, passionate and hands on
-
Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.

You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.
