About Us
Active School Org delivers after-school gymnastics and multi-sport clubs in primary schools across the UK. We use the UKAG Awards Framework — a structured, curriculum-led programme that gives every child clear goals and every coach a clear plan.
We're growing fast and looking for enthusiastic people to join our coaching team. Whether you're completely new to coaching or already experienced, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You'll deliver fun, safe, and structured gymnastics sessions to children aged 4–11 in primary schools. Sessions run after school (typically 3:00–4:00pm) and last one hour.
This role works brilliantly if you are:
- A college or university student looking for flexible work around your studies
- A teacher, TA, or school staff member wanting extra income
- A parent with a gymnastics or sport background looking to get back involved
- A gymnastics or sport coach at any level wanting more hours
What You'll Do
- Deliver one-hour after-school gymnastics sessions following the UKAG Awards Framework
- Support children aged 4–11 in a safe, fun, and structured environment
- Take registers, manage behaviour, and maintain a professional standard
- Work as part of a team alongside Lead Coaches and Area Leads
