As a Corporate Investigations Coordinator, you will play a vital role within the Corporate Investigations team, supporting sensitive cases involving whistleblowing, regulatory matters, anti‑bribery and corruption, and wider business conduct concerns. You will help drive the efficient coordination and progression of investigations through managing data requests, case documentation, forensic reviews and stakeholder engagement, working with professionalism, discretion and strong organisational discipline.

- Support the Corporate Investigations team in delivering sensitive investigations, including whistleblowing, regulatory issues, anti bribery and corruption, and wider business conduct concerns.
- Coordinate and progress investigations by managing data requests, case documentation, and evidence handling.
- Conduct forensic reviews and contribute to the analysis of complex information to support case development.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders to gather information, maintain alignment, and support investigation outcomes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Maintain strong organisational discipline to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast moving environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of investigation processes, documentation standards, and data management practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you’ll need to help you succeed, including:
- Experience working within a corporate investigations team or similarly sensitive business environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and professionally across the organisation.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, supported by accurate and thorough note taking skills.
- Proficient in SAP, O365 and SharePoint, with the ability to use these tools effectively in an investigative context.
- Understanding or experience of investigations within engineering, manufacturing or purchasing environments is advantageous.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structure in fast moving or sensitive situations.
