Fixed-Term Contract (3–6 Months) | Abingdon, Oxfordshire | Full Time | Immediate Start Available

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us during an exciting period of growth. Supporting LTi Metaltech in Abingdon and providing predominantly remote support to our colleagues at LTi Vessco in Bridgend, you'll play a key role in helping our people and business succeed.

The Role

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you'll be the trusted HR partner to our management team, providing practical support, guidance and leadership across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, strengthening culture, supporting managers and helping create an environment where people can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities
Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
Advise managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives
Coordinate learning, development and performance review processes
Support apprenticeships, early careers and talent development activities
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice

About You

You'll be an experienced HR professional who combines sound judgement with a genuine passion for people.

You will ideally have:

Proven HR generalist experience within a management or standalone role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience managing employee relations casework
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

Manufacturing or engineering experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
