Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing team coordination, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to foster a productive workplace. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, supporting staff and ensuring that all administrative functions run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-organised workspace.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities to promote efficiency and collaboration.
Manage human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with employee relations.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
Handle clerical duties including answering phones with professional phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Support supervisory responsibilities by overseeing project coordination and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated supervisory experience.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and general office tools.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in human resources functions such as employee onboarding, record keeping, and HR compliance.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles to represent the organization professionally.
