Full job description

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Junior Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our growing online business.

This role is ideal for someone with basic ecommerce and graphic design skills who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable supporting marketing, website administration and operational tasks.

The successful candidate will help improve efficiency across the ecommerce department by assisting with admin, content updates, campaign preparation and general ecommerce support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Website Support

Assist with Shopify website updates and product uploads
Support promotional campaign setup and website changes
Upload images, descriptions and product information
Help maintain website organisation and presentation
Carry out basic TikTok Shop product and content updates

Marketing Support

Assist with building and scheduling email campaigns
Create simple graphics and marketing assets
Support social media and promotional activity where required
Help organise marketing content and assets

Administrative Support

Print labels, stickers and operational materials
Prepare campaign documents and spreadsheets
Assist with general ecommerce admin tasks
Help maintain organised digital files and systems

Order & Operations Support

Provide support to the ecommerce and fulfilment teams
Assist with basic reporting and data entry
Help ensure smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations
Support wider business tasks when required

Skills & Experience

Basic graphic design skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous ecommerce or admin experience preferred but not essential

Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment

Reporting To

Job Type

Part-Time – 14 Hours Per Week
Thursday & Friday – 9:00am to 4:00pm

Pay

£12.50 – £13.50 per hour depending on experience

Twitter Lane, Waddington, Clitheroe, BB7 3LQ

Please note: due to our rural location there are very limited public transport links nearby, so applicants should bear this in mind before applying.
