The role…
We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager with a strong background in hotel management to lead our Reception team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and will possess outstanding communication, leadership, and complaint resolution skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel environment is essential, together with a strong working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS). You will be confident in all aspects of Front Office operations, including guest service, team management, billing, revenue posting, and guest feedback, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
