Sales Viewings Co-Ordinator (Part-Time)

Newquay Property Centre

Newquay Property Centre is looking to recruit a Part-Time Sales Viewings Co-Ordinator to join our busy and friendly team in the heart of Newquay.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and personable individual who enjoys meeting people, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Viewings Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility will be conducting property viewings for prospective buyers across Newquay and the surrounding areas. You will be the face of our business, representing Newquay Property Centre professionally and ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience.

The role will also involve some light administrative duties, including:

Gathering and recording feedback following property viewings
Liaising with clients and colleagues regarding appointments
Updating viewing notes and client records
Supporting the sales team with general administration when required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is confident, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly with clients
Enjoys meeting new people and working with the public
Can work independently and manage their time effectively
Is organised, reliable, and professional in their approach
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle

A background in sales would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
