What do we want?

We are looking for a motivated, detail-focused Room Attendant to join our dedicated Housekeeping team at Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotels.

This role is about more than cleaning — it’s about creating calm, comfortable spaces where guests can truly relax and unwind. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard, working both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Clean and prepare guest bedrooms to the required standard
Ensure beds are beautifully made with fresh, clean linen
Replenish towels, amenities, and guest supplies
Clean and maintain public areas throughout the hotel
Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Work efficiently to meet daily room targets while maintaining quality

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience desirable but not essential
Full training will be provided
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential

Excellent attention to detail
Good time management and organisation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Friendly and professional approach
