We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Industry Placement Coordinator to develop, coordinate and monitor high-quality industry placements that provide meaningful workplace learning opportunities for our students. Working closely with employers, curriculum teams and learners, you will build strong partnerships, source and manage placement opportunities, support students throughout their placement journey, and ensure all activity meets safeguarding, health and safety and compliance requirements. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to learner outcomes, strengthen employer engagement and help create pathways into employment, apprenticeships and further study.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 2 qualification (or above) and Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent), together with a commitment to ongoing professional development. You will have experience of working with employers and learners within an education, training or customer-focused environment, with the ability to coordinate placements or programmes, build effective relationships and maintain accurate records. Strong organisational, communication and IT skills are essential, along with a good understanding of employability and work-based learning. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent time management, problem-solving abilities and a genuine commitment to supporting student success, safeguarding and wellbeing.
