Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator, based in The Forest of Dean This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency experience or a strong background in customer-facing, sales, or administrative positions where transferable skills are easily applied.

You’ll be supporting clients through some of their biggest decisions, so a positive, resilient attitude and a proactive approach are key. If you enjoy taking initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on delivering excellent service, you’ll fit in well.

For the right candidate, there is genuine scope to grow into a future managerial position, making this a fantastic long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings, offering clear and helpful guidance to potential buyers and sellers
Handle telephone and email enquiries confidently and professionally
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing top-quality customer service throughout the sales process
Assist with marketing activities, preparing property listings and promoting homes across various platforms
Carry out property valuations - full training will be provided to support you in developing this skill

Skills & Experience:

Previous estate agency experience is highly desirable, though strong transferable skills from sales, customer service, or administrative roles will also be considered
Confident communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload

This is not a hybrid position. Hours are Monday to Friday week one and Monday to Saturday week two.
