Mobile Airbnb Cleaner (Serviced Accommodation)

We are a growing serviced accommodation business providing high-quality short-term accommodation for contractors, business travellers and families across Glasgow.

Our reputation is built on exceptional cleanliness, attention to detail and delivering a genuine five-star guest experience. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Mobile Airbnb Cleaner who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the business.

The Role

As a Mobile Airbnb Cleaner, you will travel between multiple properties carrying out changeover cleans, inspections and preparing apartments for arriving guests.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent attention to detail and understands that every property must be guest-ready before check-in.

No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Property Cleaning

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
Hoover, mop and dust all rooms
Make beds
Replace towels and toiletries
Empty bins and replenish bin liners
Clean inside appliances where required
Check windows, mirrors and glass are spotless

Property Inspections

After every clean you will inspect the property for:

Damage
Missing items
Maintenance issues
Inventory shortages
Guest belongings
Lost property
Safety hazards

Any issues must be photographed and reported immediately.

Laundry

Strip beds
Wash, dry and fold bedding and towels
Organise linen stock
Report shortages

Stock Management

Keep each property fully stocked with:

Toilet roll
Cleaning products
Toiletries
Bin bags
Kitchen essentials

Report when stock is running low.

Maintenance Reporting

You won’t be expected to repair issues but you should identify and report things such as:

Broken furniture
Damaged walls
Leaks
Faulty appliances
Heating problems
Electrical issues
Missing inventory

Mobile Working

You will travel between properties throughout Glasgow.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Smartphone for using company apps
Ability to prioritise workload

Desirable

Previous Airbnb or hotel cleaning experience
Housekeeping experience
Driving licence and own vehicle
Knowledge of serviced accommodation

Working Hours

Hours vary depending on bookings.

Typical working hours are between:

10:00am – 4:00pm
Weekdays and weekends
Bank holidays
Additional hours available during busy periods

Prepare every property to a consistent five-star standard
Complete cleans on time
Identify maintenance issues before guests arrive
Help achieve excellent guest reviews
Take pride in every property they clean
