Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced barber to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hair styling and customer service, delivering exceptional grooming experiences to clients. This role involves providing a range of barbering services in a welcoming environment, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of current hair trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality barbering services,
Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication.
Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
Manage busy walk in customers and give a great customer experience
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitised after each use.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
Proficiency in hair styling, cutting and grooming techniques.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Valid barbering licence or certification as required by local regulations is preferred but not essential for all applicants.
