About Us

Morris and Blunt is a leading construction firm delivering high-quality projects across The Thames Valley and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administration Assistant to support our construction and estimating teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, compliance, and effective site operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing, maintaining, and managing project and site documentation.
Filing and managing all project-related records.
Assist with preparing and compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Placing formal purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Maintaining and servicing site Health and safety resources.
Supporting the construction team with day-to-day project administration, for example drafting risk assessments, method statements, weekly job progress reports, RFI schedules.
Minute taking at client meetings.
Supporting the team with managing project schedules and meeting deadlines
Preparing project case studies upon completion.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within construction.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
A proactive, team-oriented approach.
