About Us

Bluefish Landscaping Contractors Ltd is a BALI-registered landscaping and garden construction company based in Farnham, Surrey. We work exclusively on high-end private residential projects across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire, delivering bespoke garden design and construction to the highest standards.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, skilled landscape gardener to work alongside our team on an ongoing basis. This role may suit someone who runs their own business but has capacity to take on additional work, or an experienced tradesperson looking for flexible engagement rather than a permanent position. Whether you are looking to fill a gap in your diary for a few months or seeking a longer-term arrangement, we would be keen to hear from you.

What the Work Involves

Working from designer-led plans, following measurements, levels, and specifications with precision
Hard and soft landscaping across all aspects — footings, sub-bases, paving, brickwork, stonework, carpentry, turfing, and planting
Delivering the fine detailing and high-quality finishes expected on premium residential projects
Working as part of a small, experienced team on private domestic gardens

What We Are Looking For

10+ years of hands-on experience in high-end landscaping
Strong understanding of heights, levels, and grading
Confident reading and working from designer-led plans
A keen eye for detail and a pride in the quality of your work
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Reliable, professional, and easy to work with
